I was evacuated early because of the bomb defusion and wanted to eat breakfast with my family at the hotel. They charged 24,90€ for a breakfast. I didn't even pay that much for my Argentinian rib eye steak yesterday evening. Considering the quality of the breakfast this is a very bad joke.
P.S.: We mentioned several times to the kitchen staff as well as to the receptionists that I came for breakfast because of the evacuation. PLEASE DON´T LIE about that.

Location is excellent, rooms are decent size and bathrooms are very pretty and work great. Overall, the decor is very modern looking and clean. Would recommend to anyone visiting Frankfurt!

Central location easily accessible from the airport and downtown, with a subway station right across the street. Excellent staff and friendly service. Rooms are beautifully done. The main station, Frankfurt Hauptbahnoff, is about a 10 minutes walk away, and with an all day transit pass, you can travel anywhere within Frankfurt easily. One downfall is the lack of parking - the hotel only has 5 parking stalls in the back and it is first-come, first served. If they run out of parking, you will need to search for street parking elsewhere. There is also no airport shuttle service as they are very close to the main transit station.

Great location , right in front of metro station U4.
The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and included in deal that we found
The staff were friendly, and helpful.
There is near by great Italian restaurant for dinner - Paparratzy.

Love the location and quality of the hotel. Nice reception and wait staff. Very modern finishes and close to public transportation. Minus one star because there is no gym. Close to the HBF, but far enough away that it is safer. Near Festhalle Messe and also the Skyline plaza mall. Jimmy's Piano bar right next door which is cool if you like cigar/piano bars.

Good experience as usual with NH Hotels. Clean and friendly staff. The only issue I found was very low internet speed (0.4 Mbps) offered as part of free WiFi which could have been little better.
