  The buses don't run very long in the day, or very often. Three different tracks, but not particularly smooth interchange. Staff is not very helpful. On board the buses the sound is not very good. The German narration is on loudspeakers which makes it hard to hear other languages in the fairly quiet headphones. We seriously had to sit covering our ears to have a chance of hearing anything. The information being told is quite monotonous and poorly translated. Sure, you'll get around town, but unfortunately you don't get a very good impression of the city, which is quite sad, since it is actually a beautiful place with lots of interesting history!

  Nie Wieder !!! Hab die Sightseeing Tour mit den Hop on Hop off Bussen schon in mehreren Städten Deutschlands und Europas gemacht aber so unfreundliche und unverschämte Mitarbeiter hab ich noch nirgends erlebt. In den Bussen war es auch für diesen schönen Herbst-Tag extrem kalt. Die Kopfhörer haben nur an ca. Jedem 2. Anschluss funktioniert sodass wir die Tour über Lautsprecher anhören mussten. Hab mehr als die Hälfte nicht verstanden. Absolut nicht zu Empfehlen!!!

  Ich habe selten so gefroren wie bei der 1stündigen Stadtrundfahrt!!!
  Die Busse sind Uraltmodelle ohne jeglichen Komfort!
  Für den Preis eine Frechheit!

  Headphones were appallingly comfortless, and didn't work unless turned up to the max, if at all. Otherwise gave a quick tour of large parts of the city.
