Very friendly and competent staff.
The gym has everything you need for a good workout and I like that they open at 7.00 am.
However; it could be a bit cleaner in the changing rooms and showers

I go here only to play squash so cant comment about the fitness. I know only that they are quite pricey. For squash they decent courts but very hard to find free courts
