  Spacious , but machine need to be upgrade . Many machines are worn out . Especially hot during summer due to poor ventilation :( .

  My personal experience review will be - GREAT FITNESS SERVICE- You have multiple options to please everyone in the house starting from Swimming Pool, Sauna, Body lifts, Yoga workshops and many other activities
  After hardworking day I just love to go to the Gym, have a swim and relax in the Sauna.
  Fitness First Platinum provides high quality health services and customer care. Regarding pricing- it depends on your personal contract, Please negotiate your fees on your own good terms. Great wishes :) RO

  Terrible ventilation. The air quality is a nightmare. It's basically a sauna. Imagine working out in a sauna in summer. It's actually criminal to have such substandard amentity.
  
  And don't get me started on the group fitness studio room. It's only slightly larger than average 1 bed apartment. It's dangerous doing anything like body combat in there. Together with zero air ventilation, you will most likely pass out halfway through your workout.
  
  If you a female, the shear amount of FF studIos might be useful for you, but if you a guy, it's not worth a single cent. Half of the gyms are female-only. It's absolutely retarded.
  
  Don't join. Go somewhere else like Elements. They are deaperate for new management and urgently needs a amenity revamp.

  I was very rudely denied a banana, because i am not black label plus, ask not to interrupt while the guy explained the reason ,when he was done he asked me if I understood in a very arrogant manner, not very customer orientated dare I say. The acoustics in the big hall is very poor, 2 kinds of music barging in, had a hard time focusing on what the trainer was saying during class. Not very likely to return.
