Even though I'm bot really a friend of big chains, I have to admit, that the staff in the winter sports section were the only one's in Munich who gave really good customer service and could actually help me with my issue for my snowboard binding. Thanks a lot!

A great sports store with a lot of quality products. Not cheep, well arranged and have from time to time some gimmicks. I was there twice when traveling to Munich and the first time I wrote my son`s name on his shoes with laser. This time we bought original soccer shirts and put my kids' names with number on the back. Looks really authentic. Worth a visit.

Wonderful customer service. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the products. I purchased a new fitness watch and the staff were able to describe the product well and even let me try pairing it with my phone before purchasing it.

Offers good selection and coverage of the most popular in Germany sports. Located at a convenient location in the city center. It's my store of choice when I can't get what I want online. Only downside is that often goods are a bit overpriced.

In comparison with other sport shops, this one is really good. The people working here now what they talk about. And if there's not much going on they also take enough time to consult you.

A downside are the prices. But sometimes you can get a good deal.

This weekend I was also at Munich SportScheck, after I received great customer care at the sport business nearby and got a Rennrodel there.

It was really crowded, I had also my children with me, running around and testing stuff On weekend staff was also tired due to many running around customers, but after hunting for free staff, I found what I was looking for.

As always at a busy location on weekend, its useful to know what you are looking for.
For detailed customer care there was no place at this time of hour, too many people standing around. But the staff I snatched up was really helpful and I got some snow boots for the kids.
