  Прокат SIXT понравился, остались всем довольны. Фирма находится в аэропорту. Аэропорт Мимменгена маленький, уютный, без толпы. В ноябре арендовали машину на 9 дней, путешествовать по Баварии. Машину дали Ford C-max (со стеклянной крышей) 2017 года, пробег 13 тыс. Оплачивали заранее в Украине
  265 €. По прилету показали бронь. Выдали ключи. До стоянки 30 метров. Очень комфортно. Обратно перед регистрацией на рейс опустили на стоянке ключи в ящик. Блокировка была 150€, вернули через неделю. SIXT супер !

  Disappointment
  
  Condition 'open' is exactly described by the cover photo: no clerk unless you specified exact time beforehand.
  
  With car return it is worse: none at all, i.e. there is nobody to check the condition of the car. Considering this discounter's approach we paid extra for insurance (excluding franchise) to avoid any possible misunderstanding (we had full coverage originally).
  
  It took us good half an hour to choose a car (after all the docs were prepared): first one (Mercedes!) functioned only with a piece of scotch or chewing gum, second resulted to be unavailable in the system, so it was only the 3rd car we took. Navigation in this local masterpiece, however, resulted quite tricky: 2 days it lead us to dead ends (directly in the airport vicinity and later around Ingolstadt) and what's more surprising mixed up Marienplatz and Frauenplatz - main attractions of the Bavarian Capital!
  
  And last but not least: we took an offer with unlimited mileage only to receive a bill for extra km!!!

  Vozila su za pohvalu, ali pazite se ovih prevaranta. Uzeli su mi depozit od 360€, a cijena je bila sa ful osiguranjem 159€. Na rezervaciji je pisalo da ovo osiguranje bukvalno sve pokriva. Dječiju podlošku naplatili 36€, koja košta 12€ u prodavnicu, ali u redu to su mi rekli pri rezervaciji. Na kraju su mi naplatili još 10€ a ne znaju ni oni da objasne zašto. Ako se ipak odlučite za ovu "uslugu", uzmite puno osiguranje, jer će vas odrati. Očekujte sporu uslugu na aerodromu. Ako putujete rano, slikajte se da ćete ikoga naći za pultom.

  Es ging alles sehr schnell, abholen und zurückbringen, freundliches Personal, super Auto (Opel Insignia) für einen Preis eines Kleinwagens.

  Первый раз пользовался услугами этой фирмы - остался доволен. Менеджер Ольга на ресепшне отлично говорит на нескольких языках, в том числе на русском, что было очень удобно. Отношение очень вежливое и доброжелательное. Машину дали новую 2016 г, в идеальном состоянии и еще на дизеле, что не могло не радовать. Фирма не берет дополнительные сборы за пересечение границ соседних государств. Вернули заблокированный остаток на карту через 4 дня без дополнительных списаний. Будьте внимательны при выборе пластиковой карты, чтобы избежать расходов на конвертацию, по умолчанию деньги списываются в долларах. Достойная контора проката авто.
  I've used the service of SIXT for the first time and had a good impression. Manager Olga speaks several languages very good including Russian, that was quite convenient for us. Her attitude was very friendly and polite. We got a new car made in 2016 of a perfect condition with diesel fuel, that was a pleasant surprise. Moreover SIXT doesn't charge for the boarder crossing of the neighboring countries. They gave me the deposit back in 4 days with no additional charges, but be careful when you choose a card for the payment, because they charge in dollars by default and you probably don't want additional pay for conversion. It's a reliable car rental company

  If you wanna wait for hours in the line this is the location for you.
  The clerks are super slow and they never give you any option.
  Second time with here in Memmingen and both times the same big disappointment !
  If you have any other choices stay away from this location !
