Great five star hotel/castle! Very pretty nice room with lots of space. Amazing shower! The staff was very friendly and accommodating! Many fluent English speaking staff members as well.

The hotel was amazing!! A beautiful memorial to a land of kings and queens we have lost in the modern world. I could go on for hours about the ornate decor and the rapturous grounds which I did not feel worthy to put my feet on. It was as if I transported to the 1800s!! The rooms are spacious. The staff is accommodating. I fully recommend!My only complaint is the atmosphere of the restaurant. I am a more casual traveler and the pomp of the dining services proved to be outdated. I like my experience to be personable with filling portions and a fitting price, and this was not. I give 5 stars because dinning is optional. I would look in town for food.

Schlosshotel Kronberg has a great atmosphere, being an authentic castle, and an amazing park. It's cuisine is good but nothing out of the ordinary. The service was unfortunately quite bad, there was a long waiting time and missserved dishes, hence the 3 stars.

The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. You can tell they pride themselves on a perfect experience while the property is as exquisite as advertised. Highly recommended if you're ever near Frankfurt, Germany.

Great place to impress your friends or guests
Beat in the winter for having a coffee around a crackling fire in the reception- lounge are. Restaurant is very good if you like Silver service - I don't. :-)

Amazing place to stay. I have attended a conference here which the building was extremely suitable for. Great food aswell. The huge park of the castle is a perfect place for a relaxing walk in the afternoon.

Superb Service. Excellent Restaurant. The historic rooms have a perfect view of the park. Grand Fireplace room, lots of stairways and paths. Do explore the Park and Hotel grounds.

Great Hotel in a magnificent Building! Coffee during breaks at a business meeting could have been better for such a pricey location (filter coffee). Also, some dishes could not live up to expectations. Great breakfast. Excellent Service & free Minibar!!
