Love this hotel easy to get into the city after work. Rooms are clean inviting and always comfortable. Only thing I did not appreciate was a screaming baby in the bar. Relaxing with a glass of wine and finally had to take it to my room. I still believe if you are under the drinking age for alcohol you do not belong in the restaurant/bar. Sorry all you mom's but I also deserve some off time.

Service/ reception: are not Very good and they work slow and not very professional for such a hotel!
Rooms: clean and comfortable but it doesn't contain all the basic stuff that you need!
Restaurant/ bar: Very Good
Location: easy to reach with train/ bus from Frankfurt hbf vise versa

Did not like the room. Breakfast and bar are ok. Location is not suitable. There's almost nothing around. Nice parking place though.

Breakfast was better than expected. Room service good. Only problem was they ignore the Do not disturb sign and wake you up. 8am is early in my book. Overall great experience.

We stayed at this hotel 5 years ago when we have to renew our visas at the USA 🇺🇸 Consulate and was great, the breakfast was very delicious 😋 the location was excellent, the room was nice and clean, the staff was very friendly, walking around was easy and also the access to public transportation was very accessible.

Back then in 2012 we where a family of 3 humans only (mom, dad, daughter) now we are a family of 3 humans and 2 dogs (small and medium size, less than 20 pounds) I am wondering if we could be able to stay here again this year 2017 with the company of our 2 dogs? And how that would work?

Spent 2 weeks at the Best Western, fantastic service & friendly staff, comfortable beds although i could've done without the wheels. Breakfast was perfect(great selection/quality & included with stay), Friedbarger Warte(hotel owned landmark/restaurant) & hotel restaurant both great food. My biggest hangup is the Internet, which comes far short for a hotel of this caliber, hopefully they are able to fix this issue for future residents.

The hotel is quite nice, comfortable and well outfitted. Spacious rooms and great comfortable beds. We stayed as a family of 3 and took advantage of the pull out couch and were pleased that the room layout offered some privacy for us in our own bed. A short walk to the tram, it is easy to get around the city. Room service was good, we ordered a few cheese burgers and we were not disappointed.
