Steffen is a very conscientious and competent specialist.

It was a Sunday evening, Herr Thümig came promptly, really tried everything to open the door, the key could not be turned from the inside or outside, the lock was probably a total loss.
Mr. Thümig was very friendly and competent.
I can only recommend him, the costs for this mission were humane and appropriate, and I would be happy to come back to the Main helper Thümig.
