  It is huge palace! Very nice and imposant place. Architecture is very different from other places in Berlin. If you have enough time you should enter, but I find it a bit expensive. It has too much tourist as well, so queue is long and waiting time was 30 minutes when I was there (May). Souvenir store is nice, small sized, but still a bit expensive (small bottle of water is 4.5 euros🤔). I liked the fact that there was none of foreign salesman who sale souvenirs on street.

  It is huge, be ready to walk. There are some huge gardens with small "castles"/beautiful old buildings and also some sculptures and fountains.

  Sanssouci Palace is almost magical! Our oldest daughter had her wedding photography done here and the photos are stunning! We have visited again and found it to still be very lovely! It reminds me of Versailles in a smaller context. I highly recommend a visit here!

  It was apparently an expensive place to enter, but free to wander outside and take photos. It is a beautiful and unusual palace, looking more like a gigantic orangery than a place where Prussian rulers once held court. It is the outstanding building in a palace complex of many grand, oversized buildings.

  We booked our timeslot and bought tickets online as recommended to avoid hours of waiting. With the online service charge, it was 21€ per person, not including the photo charge. Although this includes all of the buildings, the new palace was closed on that day, a fact which was not on their website. Once there, you also get to pay 50 cents just to use the restroom. The guide makes a comparison with Versailles. Even Versailles, despite being more well known, is only 20€.

  A beautiful palace built and designed with a lot of care and philosophy. There is a sequence of rooms each arranged to play its special role. A guided tour must be booked to enter.

  Sanssouci was the summer palace of a former King of Prussia and built during the eighteenth century. Instead of taking a short and rather expensive guided tour, I would suggest you going for a walk through the beautiful parks and gardens surrounding the main building instead. You will discover remote buildings, mysterious caves and beautiful fountains.
