Nice hotel on an island at the Danube River.room is too cold during winter especially in the early mornings.

Location and hotel amenities are excellent.My room had a great view of the Danube river and the town itself.
Breakfast spread was great every morning.
Only gripe was the hotel WiFi it was down 3 days out of the 4 that I was there.
Otherwise, 2 thumbs up.

Great location, good food, interesting Town and the staff advised and helped as well as they could have done. If we come back to Regensberg we will definitely stay here again as it is also walking distance from the town.

Nice helpful staff, comfortable room and bathroom. Room facing street is extremely noisy to 2am and starts again yam. Courtyard facing room should be much quieter. Would have preferred to be in old town but it was a short walk across the bridge.

The web site was very misleading. While the housekeeping, dining, and bar staffs were excellent, the front desk was confused and hard to deal with.

The building felt old and tired. The mattresses were worn and the pillow worthless. Lighting especially in the bathroom was very dim and drab.

The room had a large patio. It could not have been uglier. There was a patio table and two uncomfortable chairs so no way to really enjoy the scenery.

Breakfast was very good except the bread was stale on Sunday (some what expected) and Monday (unacceptable!).

Da wir bisher nur das Restaurant besucht haben, können wir auch nur dieses bewerten. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Außerdem hat das Restaurant eine sehr gute Küche. Was uns aber sehr begeistert sind die tollen Events rund um das ganze Jahr. Wir besuchen das Restaurant regelmäßig und sind bisher immer zu frieden.

We had the only A/C room in the hotel; 204 I think. Great room; very large with a living room, separate bedroom, and 1.5 baths!! Largest hotel room I have ever experienced. 3 windows overlooked the Danube and Old Bridge - a beautiful view. It made our stay quite comfortable.
We used the parking garage which had a lift to the lobby. The hotel has a great location, less than 1 block to the Old Bridge. All the staff were very courteous and helpful. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was excellent - eggs, bacon, sausage

Very nice hotel, I enjoyed being there. The location is excellent, pretty nice city and river view, quiet and comfortable. Suggestions are: air extractor in the bathroom is quiet noisy, fitness room was always locked, I needed to ask at the lobby to open it every time. Food and service at the restaurant is good, and people at front desk competent and nice. Thank you!
