This review is for the restaurant. Beautiful inner yard is used as a Biergarten. Authentic food, great selection, tasty and well prepared. Friendly service and they have their own beer.

Dinner with friends; great food, good service, and wonderful beer. The restaurant is in the old Bishops Palace, right next to the cathedral. Pope Benedict ate here, too!

Posh hotel lobby bar serving Pils and a Weizen which may not be theirs. In November they have Bockbier. Prices are high given that it’s inside a hotel, and adjacent to the Dom. Beer quality was decent but not something to go out of your way to find.

We stayed at the Bischofshof for one night and we loved it. Right when we checked in the lady gave us the needed parking ticket for the next day, the wifi password and all the informations for the breakfast - we didn't even ask but she informed us right away about everything we could possibly ask. The rooms were clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was also incredibly good and we loved the service!! Definitely worth recommending! :) Regensburg is such a nice city and the hotel is perfectly situated as well!
