First time I bought a product, it did not work. It was a display model of a stovetop burner. I had to argue to return it as the personnel did not believe me.

Second time I bought a refrigerator/freezer. Was delivered to me with internal damage. Had to argue to return it. An employee waved his finger in my face to 'prove a point' which was very offensive indeed.

And now, days after I've returned the product, some one calls me up from there and asks me, "How did you like the delivery?". Ha ha.

They did give full refunds for the products after much argument. I'll go elsewhere as my lesson was learned.
