  The shop is well organised, you can find anything I was looking for a cheap phone for my German sim and I found a really cheap one, cheaper than I thought. Most important thing I don't speak good German but the staff members speak very good English they're really kind and very prepared. They give you all information you need, always with smile on their face.

  They have the items available in all SATURNs, but like the rest of the stores in the chain they seem understaffed - unfriendly service, often which doesn't provide you with the information you need, if you manage to grab ahold of somebody.
