Good variety of electronics and homewares but certainly over priced. Plenty of helpful staff but speak German only.

It is "NUR DEUTSCHE" speaker friendly shop. Some of the counters sucks in Saturn, especially for English-speaker. Guess what happened to me today, I just want to picked up the order which I bought online. Because I check the Email box outside and found that the order was ready to pick , I thought that great that I can pick up on my way home, however, the passport I did not bring with me. After I have showed my purpose to the counter guy and he brought my stuff out of the room and ask me for the passport to check. "OK, I didn't bring with me today, maybe I will come back the other day to pick up, and could you please give the receipt back please?", I said. (I cannot speak German, however, I can read and listening by picking up some keywords.) When I tried my best to make him understand me, it is terrible to meet a shaking-head only German-speaker. He is with a such terrible attitude to show me that he don't want to understand. It can be solved only in 2 mins, but it took me such long time and made me felt embarrassed. Thanks for his other colleague to help me to make him to understand and that is the reason the judgement is 2 stars but not only 1 star. Is that hard to make the person understand "please give receipt back to me"? I don't think so.
