  I felt very comfortable with Christin, a super personable person who explained everything well and above all simply, especially with the exercises, the repetitions were good so that you could really internalize it. Couldn't have imagined a better person.

  Everything necessary was well explained and loosened up a bit by the group work, as it is important that the participants try out or discuss the things themselves in order to internalize them better.
