  I attended the course for my coaching training and I have to say it was really great. The 7 1/2 hours flew by and each of the participants was enthusiastic about the matter. Leonie, our course leader, explained everything to us in detail and no question remained unanswered. Thanks to the built-in group exercises, which were designed to be very playful, everyone had fun and was able to follow the course attentively.
  At the end one can only say, thank you Leonie, thank you Primeros.
  The course was really great and educational.

  I attended the course in Königs Wusterhausen on March 5th, 2022.
  The course was led by Leonie. It was quite a long day, but she managed to make sure that it never got monotonous or boring and that it also makes it easier to remember a lot. With humor and fun, the day passed quite quickly and I have a lot of interesting, important
  and, above all, learned about life-saving measures or refreshed them.
  Participation in this course is definitely recommended!

  The course was very informative and through a lot of group work, the topics were deepened even better.
  We were also able to gain a lot of practical experience by practicing on our partner or a manikin.
