  Spared no effort to enable me to post a Dialogpost without having to go to a large post office. My office is right next door and I am glad that I can now use Deutsche Post services there.

  I have always found the staff to be very friendly and patient. The service for the various logistics companies also saves you a lot of time.
  Unfortunately, I have seen it several times that the shop was already closed 10-15 minutes before it actually closed. Otherwise, the shop is definitely an asset - especially compared to the Postbank branch in the Gohlis-Arkaden, where you rarely wait for less than 15 minutes.

  Ebenfalls nur ein Stern, weil der inkompetente Mitarbeiter meinte, eine Warensendung müsste immer in einer Tüte sein. Kleiner Tipp: studieren sie Mal die Deutsche Post Website. Nie wieder dahin.
