Absolute disappointment and not recommendable: We wanted to buy a used motorhome. During the inspection, we were informed that the vehicle had been repainted. This was not a problem for us at first. When the order letter suddenly mentioned accident damage, we wanted more information about the accident and damage to be on the safe side. At first no information could be given, although according to the seller the vehicle was purchased with the accident damage. A short time later, a poorly resolved picture of the damage was sent to us. The picture showed a significantly larger damage pattern which even surprised the seller (statement: "I didn't know that"). When we asked again for more information on the extent of the damage, replaced parts, etc., they silenced themselves. Emails were no longer answered and phone calls were no longer accepted. Apparently the company doesn't care about creating transparency. There was no explanation or an alternative offer.

Update 02/09/2021: Dear Sir or Madam, I assume that you know my email address. After all, you contacted me by phone today. Thank you for the very friendly phone call and the attempt to clarify. Since I have now found what I am looking for at another WoMo dealer, I will leave it at that. Even if the reasons are difficult to understand for me. Ultimately, every other customer should get an idea of your home for themselves.

Der Verkäufer war sehr gut. Dafür einen Stern. Bei Problemen lassen sie einen im Regen stehen. Nie wieder und auch keine Empfehlung.

Umfangreiche Hausmesse mit attraktiven Angeboten von Wohnwagen, Kastenwagen, Teil.- und Vollintegrierten sowie vielen Unterhaltungsangeboten für Jung und Alt! Das war eine sehr schöne Veranstaltung! Gerne wieder!!!

Würde dort keinen Wohnwagen kaufen. Der Service lässt zu wünschen übrig, nur verkaufen mehr nicht! Der Werkstattmeister ist gut und hat Ahnung. Aber sonst wird man im regen stehen gelassen und das bei einen Wohnwagen im Wert von über 25.000€.
Leider nicht zu empfehlen, fahrt lieber nach München oder Kassel um ein Sprite zu kaufen.
