This place is great. I rent a bike for almost a week every month. Even though sometimes they are really busy, they always manage to get me a bike ready. And the rates are great too: the more you rent, the less you pay. I gotta hand it to the staff for doing a great job. Keep it up you guys! I highly recommend Pedalhelden.

Unhöflicher Service - hier kein Geld ausgeben! WORST SERVICE! RUDE EMPLOYEES! After saying I was interested in the workshop & bikewash service that's advertised in big, bold letters on the front of the shop, the employee replied "Das ist mir egal, was auf der Werbung steht". Those are words no one in the service industry should ever say to a customer or potential customer. EVER! I walked out without spending any money, because they do not deserve to be in business with such lack of common courtesy to another person. The building and shop are also very dirty and looks to be falling apart.

Recommendation: Don't go here; don't support bad customer service. Take your money elsewhere, where you will be treated with respect and common decency.

Als ich das erste mal bei dieser Werkstatt war habe ich einen anständigen und fürsorglichen Service erhalten. Beim zweiten mal wurde ich abgewiesen, unhöflich und ohne Benehmen weggeschickt. Außerdem hat der unqualifizierte Herr, der mich betreute Dinge behauptet, die er zu mir gesagt haben soll, die nicht stimmen, was für mich unverschämt ist. Einem Kunden etwas zu unterstellen ist absolut nicht legitim. Des Weiteren musste ich mir noch anhören, was ich denn für ein altes und untaugliches Fahrrad besitze. Ich solle mich nicht wunder, dass es ständig kaputt geht und repariert werden muss. Normalerweis lautet ja ein Sprichwort: "Der Kunde ist König!", das wird hier jedoch nicht geltend gemacht! Ich kann diesen Laden und deren Service nicht mehr weiterempfehlen.

We ran the Gap Pop-up-Shop at Pedalhelden and the event was a great success! Pedalhelden hosted the event and provided a fleet of branded bike taxis, which gained a lot of positive attention around Munich. The Management team were extremely helpful throughout and did everything they could to make our lives easier. They were also a very friendly bunch and we enjoyed working alongside them very much. Thank you!
