This was the worst hotel experience that I ever had. The room that I stayed in for a week was definitely not worth what they charged me. It was rather small, heating was insufficient (took 1 day to warm up the room to about 20° and in the bathroom there was no heating at all) and the Internet was the worst I had seen in Germany so far. They even made sure that certain web pages were not accessible at all. I can not recommend this place unless you are truly desperate and just looking for a dry place too stay. Breakfast was German standard, thus perfectly OK.

Been here twice and this hotel is so beautiful. The staff are very nice. Don't forget to walk in the garden behind the building, try the sauna in the 7th floor and the bar downstair. Very nice breakfast too, but after more than a week, of course I feel bored with the same choice of breakfast.

The hotel itself is nice to look at and the staff are friendly enough. But the rooms (at least the ones i was in) are cold. The central heating doesn't work. Fittings lay out within the rooms is also not ergonomic. The pricing point is way off €120 for a room with a single bed is way to excessive #methinks

The best hotel in tuanus. I usually bring my collegue to this hotel and they are satisfied with room and service. The staff is very kind and make guest feel comfortable. Thank you for your hospitalty all the time.

Better do not get a room on the ZG level, which takes you on a time travel back into the 1970s.

The lobby looks very nice, but my room was so small, that I could hardly turn around in it. The bed and the duvet were really narrow. I booked a single room, so I didn't expect a royal suite, but it was really tiny. There was no minibar in the room, but snacks were sold at reception.

Beautiful classic hotel with friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are very comfortable and some have lovely balconies. Breakfast is great!

WiFi very weak. Sometimes no feasible Internet connection possible. Meals are very good.
