  I was a client of this Panteha store in the last couple of years because of its good location & reasonable price.
  The service level became month-by-month poorer: i.e. the collar of my shirts got wrinkled, etc.
  
  The most disappointing thing happend ~2 weeks ago when I got my shirts back with huge patch on it.
  The company didn't take the responsibility & they were very rude.

  This is my first and last time there. I only took one blazer and a pair of pants to test them out. My pants came back with two big circle bleach stains! They are ruined.
  
  The workers were no help. They passed the blame to the parent company and told me to contact them. No reply from the parent company yet.

  Nach 2,5 Jahren als Panteha Kunde hier mein Erfahrungsbericht mit dieser Filiale:
  
  - Hemden und Anzüge immer sauber und ordentlich gebügelt
  - Eine Seidenkrawatte mit Soßenspritzer wurde wieder wie neu, nichts mehr von den Flecken zu sehen
  - Meine sehr hochwertige Lederjacke wurde wieder wie neu, daurte eine Woche und kostete 48 €

  Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Blutflecken auf dem Hemd, nach Reklamation Blutflecken weiterhin und zusätzlich blaue Farbe auf dem Hemd. Knöpfe kaputt, Manschetten dreckig.
  
  Nicht mal 1 Stern ist verdient.

  Really unprofessional and impolite staff. They are interested in going home early than doing better customer service. Though cheaper than others. Below average quality as well

  Null Stern, meine 4 Hemde wurden schmutzig zurückgegeben und schlecht gebügelt, ich hab es nicht angenommen und hab die Beschwerdenummer angerufen. Der Hr. Z hinter dieser Nummer wurde nur dort angestellt um die Kunden zu beleidigen die sich beschweren, "ich komme ihm zu blöde vor" sagte er am Telefon, als ich ihm davon erzählen wollte. Die AGB von denen ist katastrophal max. 20€ Entschädigung?!?.
