Very nice place! It's super central, but you can easily find a parking spot if you need one. The rooms, bathrooms and the kitchen was very clean, modern and nice. The stuff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely go there again.

Opera Hostel is an excellent place to stay when you are in Erfurt. The unique setting of the old building, not far from Erfurt's historical center, gives the hostel a charming feel which I always enjoy. The rooms and bathrooms are sqeaky clean and the personnel is top-notch. You won't regret staying there.

As I near the end of my two month stay in the Opera Hostel in Erfurt, Germany, I recall the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the general homey feel of this home away from home. Opera is located near the Alt Stadt part of Erfurt where there are many eateries, shops, and stores for daily living. It is located by a tram stop which can take you anywhere in Erfurt and is just a walk away from the train station which can take you anywhere else. I love Erfurt, a quiet and safe city which possesses a lively spirit and many eccentricities. I'm grateful to Opera Hostel and the staff (Tor, Pa, Ol, Ha, Ca, Ky, Tom, etc.) for making my stay comfortable during this unforgettable adventure. Five stars all the way!

I stayed here for about two months in the summer during a work/study, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were all extremely cool, down to earth, knowledgeable about the area, and very willing to help out. In fact, I've made a couple really good friends here. As for the hostel itself, the rooms and the bathrooms are very clean and comfy. The decorations really make you feel like your staying at a very interesting, very homey place.
