Noisy room, poor wifi and unfriendly reception staff!
I booked this Hotel as there was no other option left. The check-in staff was unfriendly and I had to make another trip back downstairs to get the 'free wifi' connection details. The wifi was extremely slow and disconnected frequently.
My room had an extra door which was shut and connected to the neighboring room. This meant I could hear everything the neighbors were doing!! And if you open the windows you can hear all the train announcements! Advice: carry your earplugs if you plan on staying here.
At the check-out I was overcharged on the bill. On pointing it out the staff corrected it. But then he kept interrogating me if I had any 'extras' which I found very rude and annoying. Overall this place is completely not worth the money they charge. The only positive thing is the good breakfast!response / report this review -

Small but clean room, modern interior, beds comfortable, big breakfast buffet. Top location right next to the station. Really good hotel!!

Good location, helpful staff, excellent breakfast, charmingly faded Wilhelmine grandeur. A good bürgerliches hotel at an unusually low price.
