  5 Sterne für das Ladengeschäft. Minus 4 Sterne für das arrogante Hochnäsige ' angelernte Fachpersonal ' ( um es höflich auszudrücken). Die künstlich aufgesetzte Freundlichkeit unterstreicht das ganze noch. In der sogenannten Espressolounge, wird das vorzeigen der Clubmitgliedskarte durch die Angestellten von Äußerlichkeiten anscheinend abhängig gemacht. Leider fehlte mir die Tüte von Breuninger. So ein Verhalten finde ich unangemessen bzw überzogen.
  Dies war definitiv mein letzter Einkauf und Kaffee in diesem Laden.
