The old girl who works in the customer service when you want to replace a product was very rude , we argued allot at the end i told her if you dont know about this issue you bring somebody who knows , she was arguing on something she doesn't know and at the end she was wrong beside she was rude , we wanted to replace a wirless charger we bought because they gave us the wrong one not supported by my phone and without a cable although they told us it comes with a cable and that it supports your phone model

It's just like any other media shop, offer electronic. But there ia one thing I find that makes me feel uncomfortable, the employees are always busy, so hard to get help from them.

Is a good size shop in the middle of the city. The staff is not enough since we had to wait a long time to find someone to ask about a product. Then the information was wrong but fortunately another college came and answered to it correctly.
