Dr. Karazu is a top notch doctor and his
Doctor colleagues and his employees as well. I owe him that I still have my legs and that I defeated other diseases. The medical assistants are also very competent and very nice. For me there is no better doctor's office.

I was just in the practice at 5 p.m. in front of me there were 2 people. A sister / helper sitting on the right has a wonderful conversation with his girlfriend about the Cream. When we got there she told me and my son who is sick it would not be possible today at 5:30 p.m. I indicated that the opening times are until 6 p.m. She said the doctor has had the last patient and has been doing it for a while. Funny that there are still patients in the waiting room, I said, they in turn are patients who will only be given an injection. I found the reaction from her not very human with a sick child home and showing no sensitivity. Unfortunately, I had to take the time right after work and was even there in my uniform. I cannot comment on the doctor because our visit did not take place and I ask that he be more sensitive and humane with the staff during this time.

Vergeben erst in 1-2 Wochen Termine wegen nur Blutentnahme! Ich SAGTE es ist Dringender als normal. ..,, gehen sie ins Krankenhaus" dann bat ich sie darum meine Akten fertig zu machen da ich den Arzt wechsele sagt sie,, PERFEKT, dann einfach abhole kommen. Statt morgens an die ganzen Hartz IVler Krankschreibungen zu verteilen dann lieber mehr Zeit für Blutentnahme nehmen. Ich werde jetzt auch ins Krankenhaus gehen. Werde das der Krankenkasse und dem Krankenhaus auch so mitteilen. Hochachtungsvoll ein weniger Kranker Patient!

Naja. Ich war einmal (Ausversehen) beim Doc Karasu und sonst immer bei Frau Patella.
Die Frau Patella ist ganz nett, sie sowie das gesamte Team lässt sich anmerken, dass die auf Laufband arbeiten. Was aber in Berliner Praxen leider normal ist. Herr Karasu wirkte Kompetent, Modern und er scheint Up-to-date zu sein. Jedenfalls wird das nicht meine Stammpraxis sein. Ich brauche ein Arzt der mich kennt und nicht meine Akte. Daher gehe ich nur dahin, wenn ich was kurz haben will. Doch eines habe ich zu bemängeln, die ''hübschen'' Arzthelfer und der eine etwas rundliche Herr am Empfang sind leider alle etwas fehl am Platz.

Unglaublich unzufrieden:
Hohe Frequenz - dadurch wahrscheinlich eine häufige Fehlerquote.

Die Ärztin Olga Patella und auszubildenden Schwestern haben versäumt meine Blut- und Stuhlproben zu markieren und ich hatte seit über 2 Wochen starke Beschwerden. Die Ärztin wollte mich zuerst sogar aus dem Behandlungszimmer werfen, da sie sich nicht anhören wollte, wie entsetzt ich darüber war, dass meine Proben von den Arzthelferinnen versemmelt wurden und ich 2 mal in der Zeit sogar da war um nach meinen Proben zu Fragen: Es kam übrigens jedes mal die Antwort: "Sie sind noch nicht da es dauert bei uns 2 Arbeitstage."

Nachdem ich danach zum Empfang zu der Helferin Selin kam, da ich nochmals die versemmelten Proben abgeben sollte, fand diese die ganze Situation ziemlich unterhaltsam und meinte es wäre lustig. Als ich meinte ich fände dies ganz und gar nicht lustig entgegnete sie mir ernsthaft ich solle nicht so frech sein, sie kann nichts dafür wenn Frau Olga Patella ihr unmarkierte Proben hinlegen würde und was ich denn sonst erwarte wenn ich ohne Termin zur Praxis komme. Tut mir leid - das werde ich meinen akuten starken Beschwerden dann auch sagen: "Das nächste mal nehmt euch bitte einen Termin.".

Kann vollkommen nachvollziehen das mal Fehler passieren, wir sind alle Menschen, aber einen Patienten mit schweren Beschwerden so zu behandeln, nachdem DIE PRAXIS einen Fehler gemacht hat finde ich ungeheuerlich und frech.
