HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Very bad. My 4 years dog was hospitalized there for two weeks with high fever, they didn't have idea why. One day they didn't give him any food and asked me to bring something to him because he was starving. I paid almost 3000 € until I decided to change clinic, and they understood the problem in 2 days.
It's impossible to speak with them at the phone. Some of the doctors and even the receptionist are very rude sometimes, maybe because of the stressbut if I pay so much I deserve at least to be treated well. Nobody speak english, even though I can speak german I need some clarification about my dog situation, and everybody was reluctant to speak in english.
I had to fight with one of the rude doctors to get all the papers of my dog, because I wanted to change clinic and they were ignoring my request to have all the papers, even though I was asking for them since 3 weeks. At the end I got angry and the doctor told me that they are too busy for print the papers.
At the end they wanted to do a biopsy of the joints of my dog, an operation that costs around 700-1000€, because they thought he can have arthritis, even though he never had any problem to walk or jump. They also said that my dog could die during the biopsy because he was too ill and weak for the anesthetic.
At the end I brought my dog in the other clinic and they found out that he suffer of anemia. Nothing even similar to arthritis. I think they just wanted to do more money as possible out of me.
Now my dog is still very sick and doing slowly better, he needs a lot of expensive and strong meds, but at least I know what is happening to him.
DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS THERE. I usually don't write these kind of negative comments, but I decided to do it because I love animals and I think that is awful how they treat them there, and how they are continuously asking for money, even though the service is so poor and slow.response / report this review -

Yesterday night two young and low-qualified ladies with kinda veterinary degrees killed a hedgehog. My friend found it outside next to her house and took it to her place. The animal seemed to be wounded but not dying at all. He was eating a lot, moving, not bleeding, just weak. We took it to this clinic. Two kinda vets spent 3 minutes for examination and immediately suggested to put him to sleep. My friend and I were really shocked. We brought the animal for medical cure but not to kill him. We suggested to make some blood testing or other procedures to define the animal state and then decide. Also we offered ways for healing like surgery, implantation (for his leg), intensive home care. We were ready for everything. But these two b****s wanted death. When we said we want to take a poor animal to another clinic, they said they couldn't give it back 'cause upon the German law they can't return it when the animal is suffering. I asked how they knew if the animal was suffering and they again suggested to kill it. They were lazy, stupid, unexperiences and knew well only how to put animals to sleep. It was easier and with no problems. Finally we got there were no chances for a little hedgehog. Before killing him they asked some stupid questions: Where did you find him? What was he doing? As if there was any sense in that as they were killing him anyway. When his life stopped, we went back home, lost and broken. I was crying the whole night. I want to prevent everyone with their pets and animals: PLEASE, DO NOT APPLY TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE. IT'S A DEAD END.
P.S. In any country, any place of the world, this would be a common procedure - to cure the little thing. The animal would live happily ever after. But not here. These two idiots just killed him.response / report this review -

Bis auf zwei Ärzte katastrophal! Man wird beim Warten nur hingehalten und es wird keine Auskunft erteilt. Wenn man nachfragt wird man nur hingehalten und man soll Geduld haben. Wartezeit bis zu drei Stunden ist normal! Eine Frechheit ist es.

Top Adresse für Kranke Tiere. Wäre schön mit einem Igel und meiner Katze da. Freundliche Ärzte. Auch wenn es spät nachts war. Super Klinik.

Wir waren Abends in einer Notsituation und mussten zum Tierarzt. Lange Wartezeiten jenseits von 4 Stunden sind normal. Bei akuter Lebensgefahr besser einen anderen Notdienst aufsuchen!

Waiting time is rediculuse. Even with appointments it is at leat one hour of waiting time.
Personal is friendly and treatmens are good, ,but the time manegement is extremely inefficient. This has to be improved.response / report this review -
