Sehr schlechte Marketing und Organisation!
Man kann sich die Zeit nicht reservieren und es kommt sehr oft vor dass man umsonst hin fährt. Am Telefon auch unfreundliche Beratung! Da sind noch einiges besser zu machen.response / report this review -

Am Telefon sagte man uns,dass wir mit Wartezeit vorbeikommen können, am abgemachten Tag hieß es plötzlich Pech gehabt. Zum Glück gibt es andere Bahnen die organisiert und zuverlässig sind. Es wäre vielleicht eine Investition kompetente Mitarbeiter einzustellen. Der geplante Kindergeburtstag den wir dort geplant haben findet dort definitiv nicht mehr statt. Es ist eine absolute Unverschämtheit und nicht mal ein Stern wert.

We celebrated a kids Birthday here. Booked the gold package ( 27,50 EUR pp).
The Kartbahn is good for kids and adults.
Overall our party of 16 had fun. Could have been better if it wasn't for the following issues:
1) Bad communication and no company spirit .
An employee told us we were allowed to bring cupcakes but not a cake .
We had children in the group with allergies and parents wanted to make sure they eat self made cupcakes.
When we arrived they told us this cupcakes were not allowed . I backed the whole morning for no reason. I had to take a group of 10 Kids outside to eat in the cold due to this lack of clear rules and communication .
They claimed the person that told us that works in the back office and that ( although they are one company) doesn't count!
2) Staff in the cafeteria are not paying attention to the customers. You have to look for them or wave constantly to get something done.
3) Men controlling the Kartbahn race SMOKE while they work . Cigarette in one hand, flag on the other. All this while 7-9 year olds were racing.
4) Staff members were fighting and screaming obnoxious words in front of other customers in the cafeteria while having a break ( they were sitting next to a group of children)
The cafeteria doesn't look like the pictures on the web. In reality it's a scruffy place.
Children complained that some employees were rude to them and lacked patience ( most kids were driving for the first time).
This place has potential but needs SUPERVISION and training. It's very chaotic, specially because there were like 5 Birthday groups at the same time plus regular customers.
You should do something about the " cake issue". All other places in Berlin allow one. There has to be a suitable solution. You have too many customers addressing this issue. It's about time to DO something about it .

Fantastic place, karts worked great and track had variety of turns. I want to go back already.
