The law firm Janssen & Staudacher represented me over two years in an annoying matter against the trade association ETEM, first in opposition proceedings and then in front of the SG Berlin.
The collaboration was extremely constructive and trusting. And also very patient. Because the preparation of various expert reports dragged the matter very long and quickly increased in complexity. Nevertheless, Ms. RAin Janssen was always well prepared (unfortunately, in our fast-paced world, rather a novelty than the standard). Deadlines were always met meticulously. In general, the (completely digitized) office organization is to be commended, another novelty in my experience. Possible costs and risks of the procedure were communicated openly and transparently in advance, and my sensitivities / concerns were always addressed. I can therefore fully recommend the firm.
