The location is convenient and picturesque. The amenities are the best I've ever experienced in a hotel. The view inside the hotel is breathtaking and the service is phenomenal. The staff is very friendly and go far out of their way to make your stay special. Well worth visiting this hotel.

Fantastic hotel with splendid service, super staff and great breakfast. The rooms are great, everything's top notch! Truly 5 star hotel! So much attention to every wish of a guest. Loved the two-times-a-day room service where in the morning they clean the room, do the bed and change towels while you are on the breakfast, and then in the evening they prepare the room for the night fluffing the pillows, closing the curtains leaving you a little card with a short goodnight read about the city - new every night. That's just Well, just as I said - fantastic.

Staff ignores "Do Not Disturb" and tries to enter rooms late in the evening. Despite communication with the front desk to Do Not Disturb, multiple phone calls from the front desk to my room. Breakfast waiters harassingly needy. Would never stay here again.

Beautiful hotel lobby, nice room, nothing to complain about. The bathroom is weird because it has a window view to the bedroom (and therefore a window view of the bathroom from the bedroom). Of course there are blinds on it, but it's a strange feature. The staff are courteous and the location is convenient for the train or shopping.

An excellent Hotel, almost like "home" for my family. You will find me here every summer, if not for business then, merely for a holiday.
