  I visited IKEA for purchasing bedding stuff for my first expecting baby. I found there IKEA is one place shop for all household items. It is very big store with several sections as per category of items. I did found assistance available everywhere to help, if one need it.

  Typical IKEA with a very bad kitchen planning department however. The sales woman consulted us was the worst sales person I ever experienced. Didn't buy there. The food in the restaurant is terrible.

  WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Really don´t even think about buying something that you really need. Worst decision of my life.
  
  I decided to buy a kitchen in IKEA, and even though it was supposed to be around 4 to 6 weeks the whole process, 3 months after the order I still have no idea when I will be able to live like a normal person ina normal house with a kitchen.
  
  They made stupid mistakes, like sending the kitchen without telling me (twice), then sending the montage service before the kitchen arrived, and two hours later the kitchen etc. Now I wait for like 2 weeks in which I didnt hear anything from them.
  
  Contacting them is really a nightmare, if you call them, you need to be very lucky to be in the waiting list, as a robot will never give you the option to speak with a person. If you are lucky enough to reach the waiting line, be aware you have to wait around 2 hours to get an answer. In my case, I had to wait more than 2 hours, and then in the middle of the explanations, they hang up the phone!! I only had time to say the order number, they told me they were looking for it and hanged up! I swear to god, it was only that, i didn´t say anything more. Now they won´t call back.
  
  I am really desperate and they play with people, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE, EVER!!! And yes, I am talking about the IKEA Germany, to be more precise Düsseldorf.

  Friday's this location is open until ten which is convenient for those working during the week. The late opening is less chaotic than normal inside the store. Staff are helpful and the store is well stocked with merchandise

  It's IKEA what can I say. Furniture for every pocket and very good price/quality food. I personally recommend the hot dogs or the Rumpsteak.
