Our impression: Unprofessional and unreliable.
We moved at the end of last month and were dependent on this service provider because of the owner of the apartment. Together we should find a new tenant. The employee in charge came extremely unprepared for the preliminary acceptance with the property management and the broker. She didn't even know which property manager was responsible for the apartment. It was agreed that she would contact us regarding the viewing appointments. We are happy to forward potential interested parties to you personally. Since we have not received any feedback for a long time, we quickly took care of ourselves: apartment advertisement, viewing appointments. After we referred the interested parties to the broker, no request was made at short notice, so that some interested parties canceled. This has prolonged our search for a new tenant. The interested party with the most patience could ultimately look forward to the lease. Unfortunately, the property management did not know anything about it until two days before the keys were handed over. Unnecessary hectic on all sides that could have been spared.
I would advise against owners to use this broker. This is where the service takes a long time and leads to frustrated tenants - the costs can be saved.

When the property was sold, the land register was not inspected and therefore an underground car park was not included in the sale price. Other handling good but unfortunately no goodwill either.
