Our family of four had an excellent stay in July. Staff was attentive and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding. Definitely worth repeating with or without our teenage boys.

SPA opens till 21:00 but all lights went off @ 20:43 in the SPA area, my parents (both over 60 years old) had to look for the exit in complete darkness, on the wet floor, very unpleasant (and unsafe!!!) experience. I totally understand if you have to stop people coming in 15 min or 1 hour before closure of the SPA area, but why preventing people from getting out?! And why don’t you just point it out with a sign or a reminder?!

The hotel is located in the very center of Füssen, a few min walk from the bus/train station. The rooms design is old fashioned, still very comfy. I had a few call-downs concerning the cleaning service, but generally the room was clean. Bad Wi fi in the room. Good breakfasts with fresh bread and croissants.

The staff was helpful and due to it being the down season the hotel offered a free upgrade. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious there is even a chocolate fountain.

It's a beautiful hotel in the very center of Füssen. Bathrooms are amazing. Beds very comfortable. Stuff cheerfull and most helpful. Highly recommended

Nice hotel. The brunch is to due for. Delicious buffet with typical food and lots ok cakes. Highly recommended! Stuff is friendly, polite and the place is very classy.

The room was very good. Service was good as well. The only problem is the car park. There was no option available to book the car park online (booking.com) and at the reception we were told that we had to park on the town public parkings (which is between 10€-16€ per night). Besides that, everything else was good.
