  Great place for business stay. Clean and spacious rooms. Good appliances, well equiped rooms. Everything works. Breakfast was ok. Choice was not crazy rich but it was just fine. Good bar with nice food open late. Friendly staff always willing to help.

  Nice and cozy place for a stay in dusseldorf. The bus and tram stations are right next to the hotel and the city center is easily reachable by public transport. Great infrastructure and facilities. The breakfast buffet is the best thing. Very friendly and always smiling warm staff. Convenient parking and 24 hours staffed reception. Would definitely opt for this again and recommend highly. Cheers.

  For a big city like Düsseldorf, Novotel City West is home away from home. The staff is very friendly and dedicated making you feel at home. Located very close to the city with Tram and Parking services it appeals to all travelers. A buffet breakfast gives you the perfect start to the day and the restaurant / bar wraps up your itinerary at the end of the day.
  
  Clean and big rooms adds to your comfort. A place worth staying and relaxing.

  Great hotel, Great location, Large, clean, comfortable room with two full size beds .
  The breakfast buffet is an absolute treat; it offers excellent choice of fresh products and quality. Service is very good especially the evening bar service. The hotel has an underground garage for safe parking.Check in and check out was very quick and staff at reception is very friendly.
  Overall, it is worth staying at this Novotel.*****

  Really nice hotel not that expensive but really food service. Near public transport 20 min to the city center. Highly recommended.
