Very nice and cool place with a great room settings, nice views and very neat.

Nothing to complain about. Clean, hygienic, with water heater, iron and ironing board in the rooms.

Good service and quite cooperative staff but rooms are a bit old. Probably carpets haven't been replaced in ages. However if you don't find it appealing, the staff tries their best to make your stay comfortable, so will probably go there again.

Decent hotel, room was good,public transportation right at the front door,friendly workers,dinner prices very affordable but it's a bit outside skirts of Düsseldorf main centre.

Update: My stay from 16th - 18th Nov. 2017 wasn't as enjoyable as the my earlier stay, was given a smaller room than requested (reason for the 3 stars) A very nice hotel and the staff are all really cordial. Monika in the restaurant is so wonderful along with others. There's a busstop directly opposite the hotel and also a train station just 2-3 mins walk

Hotel was very clean and room was spacious. Bedding was comfortable. Rooms felt bit dated in style but ok. Breakfast was also pretty good. Staff very polite. Overall a good hotel but scored it three star simply because it just felt like 3 stars. All perfectly acceptable.

The service is impeccable and state of the art. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and to top it off, you do not have to worry about the German language Talk about International 1St class service. 😊

Very professional staff made the stay comfortable. Fanny was exceptional, each night she knew the drink I would be having and brought it over. Great service.

Hotel is 12 minutes away from airport by car. Area seems pretty quiet during night. I would suggest parking around the corner instead of paying parking fee at hotel. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, bed very comfortable. Best thing is the breakfast buffet. It is quite expensive, but very good choice.
