Nice, but is urgently a air conditionair in the rooms. Instead of , the breakfast is very good.

A last resort option hotel.The receptionist working in the evening was very unfriendly. Rooms were loud from the surrounding area

Never again! Very small room, no table,no chair just the bed. Shower too small, one can't move at all. Very noisy inside and outside. For all this far too expensive . My advice: Don't go there .

Great location. Terrible beds with no ventilation in the room and a busy street that woke us up early because we were forced to sleep with windows open. Breakfast ok. But again fantastic location for Theresienwieze.

We stayed there during the Oktoberfest, ideal location for the festival. Few mins walk to the station, restaurant and corner shops.

It's so close to the city center (Marienplatz) and so close to Munich ZOB (less than 10 minutes walking) that it's very well podditioned. The free breakfast included is excellent and the rooms are modern and well equiped. 5/5 stars.

Location is good, best for Oktoberfest. Breakfast was really good. A little bit noisy in some rooms because of the street.
