The bed is so soft. Bad for the back. The room is so small that the furnishing is almost Spartan. Not much luxury.

Friendly staff, great dinner and breakfast. And a fantastic sauna! Shame the beds were so soft, but maybe that's just my preference.

Our room was poorly cut and small. Service was rude and totally unacceptable. The worst part was the breakfast. The quality was three-star at most (my bacon was so burnt you could tap it like a stick of wood and it would crumble), but ridiculously overpriced. The sauna area was quite nice and location central. Overall, would not go there again and how they ended up with 5 stars is a miracle.

Lovely hotel with Grand Hotel ambience. Wonderful lobby, restaurant and bar. The suite we had was rather run down and not worth a 2nd night. However I’ve been told there are newly renovated rooms. The location is excellent however the major road just in front is not ideal for opening the windows.
During my last stay I had a very bad service experience – but maybe it was just one of these days
