The highlight Michelin restaurant was a bit disappointing. The wine source was a bit overdose and led the dish a bit too sauer. The plain Bolognese by room service was saltier than average. The creative desert and the amazingly fresh fish “Eintopf” has won back a bit it’s scores.The hotel staffs were surely under stress during the national holidays as you can see.However, they probably still offers the better than average service in this region of Germany, Brandenburg & Berlin. ;-)

Lovely location and quiet with a nice spa but everything else is lacklustre. For the price you pay it's worth looking elsewhere. Room decor is pretty dated. No air-conditioning and loads of insects to fly in through your windows. WiFi was mostly unusable at 0.5Mb/s - with strong signal. Reception just said there was nothing they could do about that. We paid about £120 for the night I can't help feeling you could get much better value elsewhere.

Zimmer (Waldhaus) nicht so sauber, Personal ist TOP, im Bistro riesen Teller aber nur wenig drauf dafür aber teuer (am Abend nicht satt geworden und noch zu Mc Donalds gefahren), Wellnessbereich super, Frühstück super, Wildschweine kreuzen den Waldweg, Bademantel/Badertücher kostenfrei

Ich habe nur einen Gutschein gekauft. Das Hotel liegt hinter einem schmalen Weg recht ruhig. Das Ambiente mit ganz viel Wald drum herum ist vielversprechend. Der Eingangsbereich und die Rezeption machen einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Ein paar kleine Makel habe ich allerdings gesehen. Daher eine Stern Abzug. Aber wie gesagt, ich hatte es nur bis zur Rezeption geschafft.
