Me and my family had a great stay overall, we booked what I thought was a room with two queen size beds and it actually had had two twins side by side. Kids had to sleep on the floor, but they didn't mind. The free parking (which was included in our stay) was full, so we had to had 6.5€ to park in the hotels overflow which was 300m down the street. The included breakfast buffet was very nice, every one found something they liked and had enough to eat. The reason that I gave Aigner hotel 4 stars instead of 3 was the overall price. When I resvered the room online, it was 85€ for the room, plus taxes, fees and parking, which should have come out to about 120€. When we checked out, the total was about 85€. Not sure why, but I'm not one to ask questions when the deal is in my favor. Overall we had a great stay, minus a inconveniences.

I stayed at Hotel Aigner between July 13 and July 16, 2016 and I must stay that I enjoyed my stay there. The hotel is centrally located close to restaurants, bars and shopping centres. The hotel is clean, breakfast is good and the staff is both friendly and helpful. Would surely recommend the hotel to anyone travelling to Bonn.

Well, my party arrived during a heat wave in Bonn this past summer of 2015. We were there for my son's wedding on July 4, 2015. The Hotel did everything they could to keep us comfortable, knowing we from the US are accustomed to air conditioning!! The daily breakfast was delicious!!The cleaning crew took care of our needs,Everyone was very helpful on a daily basis. I hope some day to return to Bonn and revisit the Hotel.

The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable and clean. Charge for the internet is negligible, and the connection is good. Location is convenient.
