I'd really like to give this hotel 5 stars because is great in many ways and the staff are very friendly. Unfortunately there is always something wrong with my room: the second last time my room smelled of cigarette smoke and whatever cleaner they used to try to get rid of it. No other room was available. The last time my heater/AC didn't work and my room was getting too hot. The only suggestion was to open the window--no other room was available and the unit could not be repaired. Hotels are limited in this area and I have colleagues staying here too so we would all have to move, making options difficult.

The room was smaller than usual with no microwave or gym but service and free breakfast was good

Great friendly staff good breakfast. Very easy with the animals with some green areas near by to walk the dog. The rooms are fairly standard but clean and comfortable Over all very easy stop over on a long journey.

Super clean hotel. Never seen such a clean bathroom!!! Beds bit soft but slept like a baby! Coffee and tea in the room. Breakfast is good. Liked the smoked cheese a lot! And not the forget the smiley boiled eggs!!! 😀

Great deal. It was really surprising to get so much for so little. Best things were their location, the creative design of the building, the selection of local restaurants and so much more!
