  Such a relaxing place! The peace for your Sauls after such a long working week! Great atmosphere and attending staff very pleasant, we've been there for a coffee and if I was the management I would take in consideration the fact that for such a place (the automatic coffee machine ain't really good). From my point of view this place deserve a real coffee machine and excellent coffees!

  Beautiful hotel in a golf course. Great trekking opportunities, calm, silent, peaceful setting. Great views from room. Well presented tasty food. 5 stars up to here.
  
  But 1 star for service!
  Seems like all staff have agreed not to speak any language other than German. You speak in English, you get the reply in German.
  They do not turn on the airconditioning in rooms. Instead they close all windows and blackout curtains to keep the room "cool". Especially rooms facing West get very warm in the afternoon no matter what they do.
  Breakfast buffet kept on getting smaller and smaller as guests checked out.
  Hotel's restaurant and bar obviously understaffed. Long waiting times.
  No one to help you with your luggage during check in or out.
  All in all, nice property in a gorgeous location, but poorly managed.

  Möchte man in St. Wendel in gehobener Umgebung unterkommen, ist man fast alternativlos. Für die Bar kann ich unter diesen Kriterien ebenso eine Empfehlung aussprechen wie für die Zimmer und den Service.

  Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Das Abendessen ist erstklassig und das Frühstücks Buffet reichhaltig. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und in einem Top Zustand. Sehr zu empfehlen.

  Angesagte Lokation der gehobenen Klasse. Der ideale Ort um den schönsten Tag im Leben eines verliebten Paares zu feiern.
