Our go to hotel for work trips. Never any surprises. Nice big rooms.

We got to the hotel in the evening. Our flight got cancelled, we spent hours on the airport and were really tired. When I entered the room, there was a huge cockroach waiting for me on the middle of my bed. I went down to the reception desk along with the cockroach in the cup to show it to the manager. The lady there, well she didn't seem very surprised just to say. She changed gave my another room and gave some brief, but not very honestly looking apologize. I got the feeling that she was annoyed by bothering her about this. That's not what you expect to be treated when you find a cockroach on your bed. What else, there was no WiFi reception in the room, and when we wend downstairs for the breakfast (within the breakfast hours), there was no bread. We asked the waiter about it, she told us to wait. After 15 minutes they started to clean the place and we were told that it's our problem that we didn't have a chance to eat. Long story short - avoid the hotel, spare yourself the troubles and the nerves.
In the morning the lady at the reception desk was much nicer, than the one in the evening before. She seemed like she is really troubled with the problems we experienced and she wanted to help. After some rather harsh discussion and consultation with the manager I got my money back (although at first they offered me only 30 EUR, pfff). In the end that doesn't change the outcome, as the stay there was far from pleasure.response / report this review -

Located very conveniently near the main train station, the city center and very close to the river and it's museums and plenty of shopping and eating opportunities . Very good value with lovely and tasteful decorated rooms. Very modern bathrooms with lots of light. Highly recommend.

Clean and reasonably priced. Not in the best location. It's centrally located but in what is considered the red light district

The hotel is just OK. It's a nice location very close to a main Ubahn hub (Willy Brandt Platz) and the Main River. But, breakfast is only cold, and the rooms are very basic. Overall worth the money.

Very nice and clean rooms, free breakfast and very nice service, the rooms are very cheap which is very surprising because it is in Frankfurt and it a very nice hotel

Good location near train station. The old city is just 10 min walk or couple of stops by tram. Room was clean and modern but was quite small. Breakfast was good but go early to avoid queues. Lot of places to eat around the hotel. One drawback was that the passage way to car park always smelled of cigaret smoke which was not plesant.

Reasonable hotel near the central station. The room is good, the bathroom and shower are great. The bed itself was somewhat under par, since I could feel the springs.
