For me it was like worse hostel as Hotel. I've been already in much cleaner hostel near center of Frankfurt in non-smoking room for 50Euros. Unfortunately, another "hotel" we've booked had informed us the day of arrive they're full and book another one for us instead, Hotel Luxor, so they made us to take this or instantly book something else for twice as a price. Dirty, no repairements, smoking everywhere. Book something around main railway station for the same price, much cleaner. Don't make the same mistake as we did ;-)

AVOID! In 30 years of travelling I have never been to a dirtier Hotel. Holes in the wall, dirty bathroom, sheets were stained and hair everywhere.

Arrived 15 September at this hotel on business. Given room 406"!!!! Dirty filthy room cracked sink, black mould on bath and cigarette burns. Towels dirty grey even though they were supposed to be white in fact I have better shoe cloths. Stains of something that had ran down the wall in the bed room , a filthy cot left in the corner of the room , stains on the carpets and smelled of stale sweat and cigarettes, Went down to reception to complain and they gave me keys to room 3 this was just as bad the smell the filth and a run down rotten room. I went back and he gave me another key for 412. This was the absolute pits of a room dirty filthy bathroom dirty filthy sheets and bedding , dirty badly stained. Carpets that you wouldn't put a dog on. This was the final straw"! I just couldn't believe what I was seeing" this is undoubtedly the worst hotel and I use the word (hotel) very loosely. Doss house would be more in keeping, that I have ever seen , encountered or even walked in. Enter at your peril , the booking was made through Jet Set holidays the German agents were and are rubbish . The emergency number didn't work and were continually cut off. I could have been totally stranded , but luckily I walked across the road to find another hotel. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL. do not under estimate this review. And again DO NOT USE THIS DIRTY FILTHY HOTEL. The web site is a sham it is a con , no bar"! No service, No cleaning, No standard "!!!!!!!

Very smoky reception area, rooms a bit run down but for the price I guess its ok. Good location once you decipher German public transport conventions (Note to whoever: we dont care if its a U or an S, and use colors that arent so similar). Very friendly helpful staff that from observation were very multilingual. Breakfast ok. Lots of food within 5-10mins walk in multiple directions (across river Touristy or up to the Zeil.)
