Thanks to Carlos and Angela we had a very great evening here. But guys, the starter nachos the size of a double main course?! :D We barely survived! Honestly, if we ever return to Köln this would be our first destination. I can highly recommend this for every rock and food lover. Good food, good company.

Myself and my partner had a lovely dinner in hard rocks tonight. All the staff greeted us warmly and seemed like they'd do anything to help. Andrea was our server, it was a delight to chat to her and see a personality. A staff member that goes over and above for her job.

The coconut mojito is a must try, but be warned it goes down very smoothly!

We sat for an hour before we could order a drink. We ordered three cocktails for €9.75 each, but the cocktails we got were small and bore little resemblance to the cocktails pictured in the menu. We drank them within 5 minutes and then had to wait another 30 minutes to pay our bill. Not the usual standard I'm used to from a Hard Rock.

Nice food. Getting table was a little slow. Waited at entrance and had to ask at the bar to get seated. The waitress took our order by memory. The starters were missed and they arrived with the main meal when we reminded the waitress. Top food though. Very tasty as you would expect. Highly recommended.

SIMPLY AVOID. I just wanted to have any kind of their known meat dishes - was so hungry after short trip to Bonn. When I entered, 4 persons at the welcome counter couldn't decide where to seat for the pair in the queue before me. Finally, after 3-4 mins (!) of talks - the pair was already in a dull mood - one of the waiters took them to somewhere inside, though they wanted to sit outside & there were a lot of free tables. So, I expected that the other 3 waiters would offer the table for me - I was ready to sit anywhere. But not, they continued to talk to each other 🤦🏽‍♂️, even when the fourth one was back to the counter - ignore was continued, even no greeting. So I was a little shocked, really. When I read the reviews here, everything became clear. The awful stuff in a place trying to be great. And seems the management also ignores the reviews. Shame on you! I wish you to be closed soon. Or at least to fire the terrible waiters. Briefly: avoid this place, there's a plenty of nice ones nearby.

Worst Service. One Hour to wait one table, one more hour to wait for the food and the girl from bar forgot our drink.

If I was the owner of this bar I would fire everybody. This place use to be better.

Very nice Hard Rock Cafe establishment. Was in Cologne for the evening so decided to have dinner here.
Nice location - quite close from cologne central station.
Friendly service & good food. We enjoyed the starters so much that we ended up not finishing our main meals and taking away doggy bags.
Nice gift shop as well

DON'T DO IT. Not a place for lovers of hard rock. The drinks are stupidly expensive for the syrupy lameness that they were.. beer was also dumbly expensive. But that would've been okay if they actually played Hard Rock artifacts of rock heroes adorn the walls but ultimately The Hard Rock Cafe is a flop, false advertised bag of rotten dung.
