After a long search, we decided on the Barbados 6mx4m with 70mm planks and insulation package from Hansagarten24 as our new garden house.
The digital advice from Mr. Schneider, who was always at our side during the later processing and was also very open and creative for our individual wishes, e.g. in the context of the delivery, helped a lot in the decision-making process.
The wood was delivered very neatly packaged and after a short sorting and a look at the assembly instructions, we were able to start assembly. All the woods were intact and neatly cut/milled and fitted together perfectly. In addition to bats, a little more of all the materials were supplied, even a 6m plank, so that we could have rebuilt any type of wood if something had broken during assembly.
In addition to the wall reinforcement from 44mm planks to 70mm planks, we ordered the insulation package (+ € 1,660), the Icopal roofing membranes (€ 710) and the zinc rain gutter (+ € 270). These extras were worth every euro. The roof becomes a really solid roof thanks to the insulation plus OSB panels, the roof membranes make a high-quality impression and could be glued very well and the rain gutter is very stable and the connections are high-quality and very well solved. Even with these extras, there was enough material left over in case the builder should make a mistake.
The three of us built the house, which was also necessary with the heavy beams and planks. Not a beginner's house when building it, but due to the very accurately cut wood, everything was easy for us to handle.

Last year, after a long back and forth with the building permit, I decided and ordered the house "Hansa Corner B 18 m²". Unfortunately, this was not shown in the exhibition in Pfalzfeld, but a similar house to get an appropriate picture of it.
A big compliment to Mr. Schneider from the exhibition in Pfalzfeld - I always felt well looked after from the first conversation until now after the assembly. I also thought the call from Mr. Schneider that there were BlackWeek deals and that I could save a little more here with the increased wood prices was really great. He was always available by phone, email or WhatsApp and always took care of my concerns as quickly as possible.
So I can only recommend Hansagarten24.
A small drawback was the delivery by the forwarding agent, since they carried out the delivery exactly in this time, despite previous telephone and written information about "3 days vacation". It was a bit annoying, but everything worked out anyway. All parts were there, but rather too much was delivered. You could possibly plan better here. There are e.g. 3 full packs left of the roofing felt, 2 full panels of the insulation and also two full OSB panels. Either too "little" material was used somewhere, or it's just too much. I can't really verify it.
Apart from a few small things, the setup that was booked also worked great and was completed within 3 days (5 days were scheduled).

The purchase at Hansagarten24 was perfect from the order on the Internet to the advice, project management and turnkey construction. Mr. Schneider from Hansagarten24 was always easy to reach by phone and e-mail, quickly, competently and always friendly recorded my wishes and sometimes needs. After a short clarification, Mr. Schneider always had a good solution ready, e.g. regarding the scheduling of the delivery, coordination with the assembly team and tips for the building permit. Great.
After the construction of the house, my wife and I have to thank Hansagarten24, its employees and the partners involved very, very much. We did not find the all-round service from other providers.
The delivery was perfect and on time, the driver very friendly and considerate. So everything in the good packaging was stored undamaged in the right place - even if it was a bit tricky to reach.
The construction team from M&S Pagoden GbR was absolutely great: calm, level-headed, tireless and with a high level of expertise and precise work. Since the construction could not be completed in a quality-compliant manner by Tuesday, the remaining work was done superbly in a few hours on Wednesday.
The house looks perfect as in the offer. Yesterday we finished the exterior painting long before the storm. The components and the wood are of very good quality, everything fits, nothing was damaged, all parts were there - great and thanks to the production. The assembly team also confirmed that they like to assemble houses from Hansagarten24 and that the materials are of very high quality.
So yesterday we were able to sit on the terrace for the first time.
The billing with the Santander Bank also worked perfectly.response / report this review -

Very friendly and committed contact. Questions were answered patiently. Goods came as promised at the agreed time. Forwarding was great. Quality of the house is excellent. I would order here again at any time or recommend Hansagarten to friends. We are extremely satisfied with everything!

Total costs for the Lucas 15m2 garden sauna project: € 17,200 became € 26,000. Everything was delivered complete. Attention here is not a turnkey offer Appearances are a bit deceptive. Customers should study the terms and conditions in detail. Delivery time from 6 originally 8 weeks became 4 months (OK, Corona Impakt ). Plan for additional costs: +/- 10,000 € in addition (without including electrics and possibly sanitary installation!) In order to ultimately be able to use a finished garden house, weatherproof. eg: listing: a) delete: 3800 €; b) Foundation 3000 to 4000 €; c) € 1600 extra packages for construction (storm holder, impregnation, Icopal double coating for the roof, d) waxing the floor, e) installing rain gutters, f) floor anchoring (i.e. fixing the house to the floor ) g) intermediate wood transport (2 pers . 8 pcs = 880 €). Assembly by subcontractors. No 100% completion (including painting), but wood needs priming and painting immediately to protect it from the weather. This corresponds to 3 days of additional work or an additional 3200 € in costs. Although storage guidelines were 100% adhered to by us (attention: additional costs so that material is stored

The garden huts (houses) are practical and have a Scandinavian look. They are insulated and spacious. With a good foundation and connections to sewage , water, heating or air conditioning, These outdoor huts / houses provide an excellent place to put your Atelier / Gallery, hobby, or gardening exhibits. They are even good for overnight stays or can be used as offices.
