I ordered only two things, 1 burger 1 fries and they have forgotten to put one of them into the package.. okay, i have no problem with it, it is just a human mistake. Afterwards I called them to share it, they said if I go there again they can give me two packages fries free but they cannot deliver to my home. Such a customer service.

Very bad experience with service today.
I was waiting 15 minutes calmly at my (dirty) table, where the waiter told me to sit, until he came back to me in a rush to ask if I was ready to order. When I explained to him I could not open the Menu with the QR code he shouted at me to take the menu there and he was leaving me again complaining loud.
I decided to leave.
I can understand a bad day, I can understand the Corona stress, but I cannot understand rudeness in the service, when I was always polite and correct.
Never again.

Institution here, as everybody knows about it.
Good burgers, place is crowded most of the time and tables are small but still big enough (that's what she said). Decoration is rather original for a german place. Employees are nice and are used to foreigners.
Be careful, like your ex-gf or aircraft lessons, it's expensive.

Honestly the most nasty and bizarre experience with rude cantankerous waiters ever. We were asked for a drink order, got soft drinks, then for a food order which we said “we will take the lunch menu”. The lunch menu includes a soft drink. The waiter said it was not possible to get the soft drinks as part of the meal. He said they cannot amend orders once begun. He said we were ridiculous for thinking that you can edit an order and rolled his eyes when I asked why. Truly bizarre, unapologetic, rude and nasty gang of people who work there. We walked out.
