Always pleased at Lerner. It's no bargain and our room was a bit dated, carpet especially, but a great location for fans of the Weihenstephan brewery (since 1040, oldest in the world and fabulous beer) and decent location for getting too Munich airport. Excellent breakfast bar.

If you thought time travelling is impossible, you were all wrong. Go there and welcome to 1989 - the dark german ages of sausages, beer, kraut and men who own woman that are not allowed to work. Meet the locals you wouldn´t want to meet - still gives me heartache I had to leave this nice air of fries, pigfat and smoke. Classic west-german trash museum with prices like today. Way to expansive.

Awesome location, being within walking distance of the WORLDS OLDEST FUNCTIONING BREWERY! Awesome food there! (Get the Spezi). Hotel was very nice, but pillows could be a little firmer. Very good place to stay if you need to go to the airport the next day.

Everything in this cozy hotel was great. You could tell it was family-owned, family-run by how nice everyone was. It just had that special touch that made you feel truly welcomed as opposed to the at times fake/forced welcome at the chains. The food at the restaurant was fantastic and the portions large for European standards. Room was very clean and pretty large.
