very nice, quick and easy to understand even if you don't speak german. Very nice kind handsome tutor.

BUT do not make a photo with them, those guys have no idea how to make it and completly failed a format, size, head position and shadows. Lady in burgeramt was laughing on these photo. Thx God I had many other old photos with me as an option to choose.

total No to photo, an absolute yes for the course and an eye test.

ps. there should be an option to make theory videos faster. I could watch it 2x and then wait for others on the fresh air.

Easy and comfy. Great service and personal. Only a small note on the theory videos: they're old fashioned, extremely sexist and therefore, conservative.

A group of people booked online to attend a First Aid course on Monday morning in Mitte, but no one from the Ersthelfer company showed up!! People received a reminder email on Sunday to come at 9am on Monday, when we got there it was 10am opening time, some of us waited until 1pm after calling your partner company for help, and no one came, no news from you! Not everyone can take a day off again to do another course, this was a terrible disservice to your customers.
