Tolles Geschäft sehr kompetent und freundlich.
Hier kann man Geräte einfach so kaufen oder sogar einen Mobilfunkvertrag schalten. Es werden alle Netze angeboten und zahlreiche Varianten! Es ist den Mitarbeitern sehr wichtig, dass man das bekommt was man tatsächlich braucht! Das ist großartig und nicht überall derart selbstverständlich !

The Gravis store in Freiburg is a great place to try out and purchase the latest Apple products and accessories. The staff is really friendly and also helpful when choosing and recommending the right products. The repair service is really fast when I got my Apple Watch repaired. I could pick it up again within a week! Thanks!!

Sehr zu empfehlen. Gute Beratung und auch im Reparaturfall kompetente Lösungsmöglichkeiten. Die Filiale könnte etwas größer sein und über ein größeres Lager verfügen. Dies ist gerade bei Neuerscheinungen ab und an etwas problematisch da es ein paar Tage dauern kann bis das Gerät in der Filiale verfügbar wird.

Admittedly it was the week before Christmas, but customer service was disorganized and unfriendly. There was no one at the checkout counter and only one salesperson on the floor, who focused exclusively on a couple considering an expensive purchase. After a complaint from another customer, he reluctantly checked that customer out but refused to answer my question and returned to the couple. Meanwhile, another salesperson had come out and was talking to the couple. Two salespeople on one of the busiest days of the year, and both attending to the same customer while everyone else waited.
